You have to purchase homes in Malaysia more then RM$250,000 -US$85,000 & above. Singapore homes are more expensive minimum Singapore $700,000 - US$500,000 & above. Our search / advisory  fees are minimum RM$5,000 to RM$10,000 or 1% of property value should we get homes to meet your budget. We get homes for you at local prices and not foreigner price. When we secure properties for you way below your budget exceeding 3% we will claim to an appreciation incentive of 50% on the money saved.

Example Your Budget RM$1,000,000 - Property Purchase RM$990,000 - Our fees RM$9,900

If Property Purchase RM$950,000, Amount Saved RM$50,000 - RM$30,000 (Budget 3%Savings) Balance RM$20,000. Our incentive is 50% = RM$10,000 + $RM9,500 Service Fees = RM$19,500
